Microsoft certification luck

In the last four years I have occasionally undergone a few certifications. Specifically it said were actually only 3 The results of all tests can be summarized in two words good: Extremely scarce.
Our class graduated in May 2008, the FCE (First Certificate in English). The result we found out in July. Since my English is not "the yellow from the egg" is and I do not really pre-prepared for the exam, I was naturally quite nervous as the day the decision decency. Pass Level: 60%, earnings 63%. Mission Accomplished.
Then in April this year, the SCJP (Sun Certified Java Programmer) to the series. A detailed report about this certification can be found here. To make a long story short, I had until a week before the exam approximately 10% at the idea and testing it was also only 40%. Pass levels were 35 of 70 questions. I managed 36 correct answers. Mission Accomplished
Then today came the MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) on installing, configuring and administering Windows XP Professional. So Active Directory and all that stuff. I know XP sounds pretty old, is it too, but what the heck. We're all at heart a bit certificate-horny
The preparation began last year with an optional subject, and culminated with a sprint in the second week of school, where we went through the questions, which were also in the exercise book. This book, I had the whole vacation at home, but I dared not look into it. The reading also contained a CD, which had 95% of the questions the book up. I was not much to learn, sometimes reason was that my book one weeks before the test was untraceable. Finally, I had once a book and CD. Must be enough.
Today I was in front of the exam but not as nervous as before testing of Java, because I was pretty sure to have learned enough to survive. This opinion changed a little as the others of us (who had passed the test just a few hours before us) been informed that the questions from the book have found only sporadically in the real exam.
During the test, my feeling then was mediocre. Finally, it was learned immediately after you click Finish, still on the screen, the result. Pass Level: 700 points, result: 700, point landing!
Actually I would have expected more, but it is probably due to my luck that I've ever done. Or my learning style. Each must decide for yourself
